The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department (PWP) Power Delivery Division is seeking a vendor to provide annual on-site calibration services for electrical test equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for calibrating a variety of electrical and diagnostic test equipment during Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) at the City Yards facility. The vendor must provide calibration services for the full inventory of items listed in the solicitation, perform all calibrations on-site, and coordinate directly with the ET&C Supervisor to develop a calibration schedule. The vendor must also furnish all necessary tools, standards, labor, and calibration certificates for each piece of equipment serviced, and ensure all calibrations are traceable to NIST standards and meet applicable ANSI/NCSL Z540 or ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. • The City is seeking quotes or proposals for Annual On-Site Electrical Test Equipment Calibration Services – FY26. • The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start 07/01/2025 and end 06/30/2026. • The City reserves the right to change any part of these Instructions and Specifications any time prior to the bid opening. • The City may require whatever evidence is deemed necessary relative to the bidder or proposer financial stability and ability to complete this project.
