The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for weekly dry ice delivery to the Puget Sound VA Health Care System in Seattle, WA. The contract is expected to have a base year plus 2-4 option years. The supplier will be required to deliver 70 10lb slabs of dry ice (700lbs) every Monday morning to the Seattle campus. The delivery locations include Bldg. 8 Loading dock, Bldg. 101 Loading area, and Bldg. 1 Loading area breezeway. The potential contractor must provide information about their company size, business type, and a courtesy quote to evaluate price reasonableness. • The contract is for a firm-fixed price supply purchase. • The SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule class waiver under NAICS Code 325120 for Gases, Industrial (I.E., Compressed, Liquefied, Solid), Manufacturing is anticipated to be used for this potential acquisition. • The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice. • All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM).
