The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, Public Works Department is seeking a roofing company to replace the tin roof of the Siletz area USDA building. The scope of work includes tearing off the existing metal roofing panels, installing a high-temperature ice and water shield leak barrier, and installing new metal roofing panels, flashings, and accessories. The contractor will also replace the gutters and downspouts with aluminum ones. The project requires the contractor to rent and supply all necessary equipment and materials, and to keep the work area clean and orderly. • The building is approximately two stories high • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the bid submission • A 100% Bid Bond is required at the time of contract signing • The contractor is responsible for cleaning the grounds around the building of any fallen roof debris • The project is expected to be completed within a few weeks or months, depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of materials and equipment
