The State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Facility Planning and Control is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Jetson Center for Youth project. The project involves the construction of a new 92,000 sq. ft. maximum security detention facility to house detained youth for the Office of Juvenile Justice in Baker, Louisiana. The CMAR will provide pre-construction services, including design-assist, and construction services. The estimated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project is $63,000,000.00, and the target completion date is October 2, 2027. The CMAR will be responsible for managing the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
