The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to repair a roadside embankment at two locations that was lost during the December 2026 storms. The primary work is to stabilize the embankment via the installation of soil nails with a reinforced shotcrete face. The dimensions of one site are 15' tall x 47' long, and the other is 15' tall x 75' long. • The project is estimated to cost between $100,000 and $500,000. • The project is anticipated to be funded with State funds. • The substantial completion date is May 22, 2026, and the final completion date is May 29, 2026. • Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract for failure to complete the Project by the Substantial Completion Date. • The project is subject to the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) prevailing wage rate requirements. • The project is subject to the State Buy America requirements, pursuant to ORS 279C.303.
