The City of Santa Ana is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations to provide G-626: EOC Action Planning Training courses of instruction. The training courses and exercises will be managed under the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise Program. The program aims to provide regional training and exercises necessary to meet the goals and objectives set forth in the ASAUA's Homeland Security Strategy. The scope of services includes providing training courses and exercises to stakeholders. The contract term is for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Key points to consider: * The Proposer must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). * The Proposer must certify that neither the Proposer nor its principles are presently debarred, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in the transaction by any federal department or agency. * The Proposer must provide a statement of qualifications, including a cover letter, description of proposed services, agreement statement, firm and team experience, proposed work plan, and resumes for key staff. * The Proposer must submit a cost proposal, including a fixed rate fee and payment schedule. * The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to negotiate with respondents as to fees and terms.
