The City of Santa Barbara is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to provide design, bidding support, design support during construction, project documentation, and project coordination services for the Islay Street Bridge Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the existing bridge, designing creek transition walls and roadway realignments, and adjusting surface drainage patterns. The selected consultant will be required to provide a detailed cost proposal and negotiate a scope and fee with the City.
