The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the Union Hills Water Treatment Plant - Finished Water Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a new 20 million gallon reservoir, rehabilitation of the existing 40 MG reservoir, and improvements associated with bringing the new reservoir into service. The selected consultant will assist the City in designing the proposed 20 MG reservoir, associated infrastructure, and necessary utility and site upgrades. The consultant's services may also include construction administration and inspection services.
