The City of Columbia, Missouri is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to provide professional services for the planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction support of Perche Creek Trail Phase II. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all engineering, surveying, and technical services necessary to advance the project from preliminary investigation through construction award and support.
