The Town of Elizabethtown is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to provide design and construction phase services for the Well Source Development Project. The project aims to develop two new well sources, eliminate reliance on spring sources, and upgrade the water treatment plant. The consultant will be responsible for preliminary design, final design, engineering services during construction, and project closeout. The project is funded by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation State Revolving Loan Fund. • The consultant must have experience in providing design and construction phase engineering services for municipal water projects. • The consultant must be a professional engineer licensed to work in the State of New York. • The consultant must have a thorough understanding of the project scope and requirements. • The consultant must have a proven track record of completing similar projects on time and within budget. • The consultant must be able to work effectively with the Town of Elizabethtown and Essex County Community Resources.
