The State University of New York (SUNY) Farmingdale State College is seeking sealed bids for a term contract for trades: data/communication. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the mutual agreement of the contracting parties. The term contracts will be signed with selected contractors for the specified period of time to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a maximum value of $100,000 or less. Each separate project will be called a “RELEASE”. • The contract is for time and material type work for the trade of data/telecommunications. • All bidders must register with the New York State Department of Labor before submitting a bid. • A pre-bid information session will not be held, and all questions regarding the bid documents must be sent in writing to Taylor Nappie at Taylor.Nappie@farmingdale.edu, and soutbj@farmingdale.edu no later than February 21, 2025 at 4PM. • The submission deadline is March 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
