The City of Davenport is seeking bids for the 15th Street Mill & Overlay Project, which includes milling and overlaying the existing asphalt roadway, ADA sidewalk and ramps, resetting of utility surface features, and other related work. The project is located on 15th Street from Harrison Street to Brady Street. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. The contract time is approximately 60 days, and the contractor must complete all work by May 31, 2026. • The project includes milling and overlaying the existing asphalt roadway • The project includes resetting of utility surface features and replacement of adjacent alley approaches • The contractor must provide traffic control and maintain access to all residences and businesses • The contractor must provide a 72-hour notice to the Engineer prior to the removal of any street name signs or traffic control signs • The contractor must provide a Public Information and Notification Program if work is required outside of normal working hours
