Oregon State University’s University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) seeks a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive campus‑wide dining plan and design concepts for new and renovated food‑service facilities. The consultant will assess existing dining operations, evaluate space utilization, conduct financial and sustainability analyses, create a “food map” of all campus venues (excluding athletics and three private outlets), and produce conceptual designs and space programs that align with OSU’s Phase I housing vision.
