The Texas Facilities Commission is seeking a contractor to provide plumbing services for various facilities owned and managed by the Texas Facilities Commission located throughout Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing plumbing services on an as-needed basis. The contract term will be for a period of two years, with the option to renew for two additional two-year periods. The contractor must attend one of the two mandatory pre-proposal tele-conferences scheduled for April 16, 2025, and April 17, 2025. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws governing labor, equal employment opportunity, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must have experience in providing plumbing services for large facilities. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of references. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed scope of work and pricing for the services to be provided. The Texas Facilities Commission reserves the right to cancel the contract without notice and either re-solicit or re-award the contract to the next best responsive and responsible respondent if the contractor defaults on the contract.
