Description:
The US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center is seeking a compact ultrasonic cleaner for quality assurance/control programs. The cleaner should have a hot cleaning tank with 640W ultrasonic power, fume exhaust system, heating with digital temperature controller, and safety features. The cold rinse tank should have water makeup and drain valve with pump, compressed air inlet for bubbling, and safety overflow. The machine should have a control panel on the front, tanks made of AISI 316L stainless steel, and a single manual hinged lid for the two tanks. The contractor should provide installation, training, and recommended spare parts.
