The Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) is seeking a contractor to tailor, expand, and validate the existing Connect Program for Suicide Prevention. The program aims to reduce suicide risk by strengthening relationships and unit culture. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing, tailoring, and updating the program, as well as validating its implementation and providing a report with evaluation findings and recommendations. The contract will be for a firm fixed price. Key aspects of the job include: * Reviewing and updating the Connect Program to align with Department of War (DoW) values and initiatives * Validating the updated program through a pilot implementation with approximately 400-600 DoW personnel * Evaluating program engagement, adoption of skills, and group cohesion and relationships * Providing a report with evaluation findings and recommendations for sustained program implementation and evaluation * Developing a sustainable evaluation plan and recommendations for expansion
