The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is seeking a contractor to operate commuter bus routes 220, 230, and 260. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary goods and services to operate the routes, including coaches, fuel, maintenance, and personnel. The contract will be for a period of five years, with one optional two-year renewal. The contractor must have relevant experience in operating scheduled intrastate/interstate bus transportation services and must meet certain minimum qualifications, including having a general manager, safety officer, operations/route manager, maintenance manager, and technical operations analyst.
