The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services (DHS), is seeking a vendor to provide repair and maintenance services for their Allegheny industrial rotary shredder and Maren baler. The services will be performed at 5000 Industrial Avenue in Springfield, IL, during normal business hours. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and continue for 36 months. The vendor must have technicians with the necessary experience and training to maintain this equipment, including proof of any industry certifications. • The vendor will provide monthly preventative maintenance and break-and-fix services. • The vendor will provide a flat rate for the services, including typical replacement wear parts, remote and direct support. • The contract requires the vendor to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, and orders. • The vendor must maintain books and records relating to the performance of the contract for a period of three years from the later of the date of final payment or completion of the contract.
