The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a vendor to provide preventative maintenance services for boilers at various developments within the Borough of the Bronx. The scope of work includes cleaning and servicing boilers for successful operation during the coming winters. The vendor will need to work with the Heating Management Services Department and deploy multiple teams daily to service the boilers.
