The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for a one-time purchase of SANS Security Awareness Training Licenses. The licenses are for end-user security awareness training, LMS custom course packages, and additional carousels. The period of performance is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The licenses must be delivered electronically via download. • The bidder must provide a warranty that includes all parts and labor. • The County will pay the awarded bidder for equipment and services performed after the equipment is installed and tested to the satisfaction of the County. • The bidder must submit a completed Exhibit A, which includes the product/service specifications. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance coverage and limits. • The bidder must submit a Secretary of State registration status indicating proof of entities' legal name and ability to do business in California.
