The City of Blue Springs is requesting price quotations for an Annual Concrete Repair/Construction Agreement. The line item rates listed in the quotation shall be firm for a period of one year from the date of acceptance by the City of Blue Springs and may be adjusted per the Annual Inflation Adjustment Increase as bid by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material to complete concrete repairs/construction within 15 working days from notification by the City of Blue Springs unless weather conditions or other specific conditions warrant delays.
