The Essexville-Hampton Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace the Football and Baseball Scoreboards at Garber High School. The scope of work includes the removal of existing scoreboards, installation of new scoreboards and hardware, and any necessary finishing work. The new scoreboards should meet the specifications outlined in the RFP. • The football scoreboard shall be LED with all-white digits and letters, 24’x8’x8” in size, and light blue or Carolina blue in color. • The baseball scoreboard shall be 16’x5’x8” in size, with red and white digits, and Carolina blue or light blue in color. • The contractor must provide a detailed timeline and project schedule, pending start and completion dates. • The contractor must provide a detailed cost breakdown, including labor, materials, disposal fees, and any other associated costs. • The contractor must provide warranty information, including any warranties on materials, labor, or both.
