The University of Houston is seeking a vendor to assist in facilitating an international educational opportunity for C. T. Bauer College of Business graduate students and faculty traveling to Berlin in May 2026. The one-week long learning abroad trip serves as the capstone experience that prepares tomorrow’s global management professionals. The vendor will be responsible for providing travel management services, including but not limited to, arranging transportation, accommodations, and activities for the students and faculty. • The vendor must have experience in providing travel management services for international educational trips. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed itinerary and budget for the trip. • The vendor must be able to arrange for transportation, accommodations, and activities for the students and faculty. • The vendor must be able to provide 24/7 support for the students and faculty during the trip.
