The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle rentals for the 2025 Beale AFB Airshow. The contractor will need to provide a total of 68 gas vehicles, consisting of 51 standard cars and 17 minivans or full-size SUVs, with the option to increase the quantity by up to 10 additional vehicles. The vehicles will need to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA on June 5, 2025, and picked up by June 9, 2025. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are fully serviced and fueled, and that they are in full operational condition. The contractor will also need to provide replacements for any breakdowns within 4 hours. • The contractor will need to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the services and support required to meet the stated objectives and accomplish the work required under this contract. • The contractor will be working with BAFB organizations, including the Air Show Director, Air Show Deputy Director, Air Operations Team, and other necessary agencies/personnel as needed. • The contractor will need to provide a guarantee that all rental vehicles will be in full operational condition and provide replacements for any breakdowns within 4 hours. • The government will not provide individual licenses for the vehicles.
