The City of Douglasville is requesting competitive sealed bids for a road resurfacing project, which consists of approximately 10.8 miles of plant-mix asphalt resurfacing across 40 streets within the city limits. The project includes milling, full-depth patching, leveling course, and final surface paving with 9.5mm asphalt.
