The State University of New York (SUNY), SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a vendor to provide a license and support for its RALS software system. The selected vendor must be authorized and certified to provide RALS licensing and support from the OEM and be able to show documentation of such authorization and certification. The contract term is for one year and the support must include corrections of substantial defects, periodic updates, telephone support, remote system support, and repair, replacement, or exchange of components that are not functioning properly.
