The County of Jefferson, Colorado, is seeking proposals for food catering services. The selected vendor will be expected to provide food catering services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the RFP documents. The proposal should include all necessary documents, pricing, and other requirements as specified in the RFP. • The County encourages cooperative purchasing to reduce costs and make better use of taxpayer dollars. • Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals. • The County reserves the right to request additional written or oral information from Offerors to obtain clarification of their proposal. • The award recommendation will be made to the Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to Jefferson County, considering price, qualifications, and other factors.
