Individual Bids will be received for Municipal Police Station Project including: a. General Construction Work & Site Planb. Plumbing Workc. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Work d. Electrical Work The bidder must be capable of obtaining a performance bond in the amount sufficient to cover the cost of the entire project on which they are bidding. Any bid award will be made in accordance with applicable State, Federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Each project will require Engineered NY Sate approved stamped plans. Each awarded bidder will be required to conform to the requirements of all Federal, State, and local codes and ordinances, and obtain all permits and inspections as required. Each bidder must comply with the New York State Labor Law, including the payment of prevailing wages. A complete list of Qualifications and Other Requirements will be included in the Bid Packet.
