The DeKalb County School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and install personal electronic device lockers. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The vendor must comply with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the RFP. • The RFP includes requirements for insurance, background checks, and compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The vendor must submit a proposal that includes a detailed table of contents, and must be organized in the same order as the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The proposal must be submitted electronically via IonWave, and must be received by the deadline of 2:00 PM on July 15, 2025. • The DeKalb County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any technicalities or minor irregularities in responses received.
