The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for the sanitary sewer collection system and wastewater treatment system at the New Embassy Compound in Belgrade, Serbia. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the complete sewage system, including 98 storm drain manholes, 21 sanitary sewage manholes, and 5 oil/water separators. The contractor will also provide monthly maintenance services, including inspections, testing, and repairs, to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with one option to renew for an additional 12 months. • The contractor must have experience in maintaining wastewater treatment systems and sanitary sewer collection systems. • The contractor must provide a qualified workforce that meets the contract requirements. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and materials to perform the required services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local and federal safety, equipment, and building codes and standards. • The contractor must provide a cost-effective wastewater treatment program to meet all effluent discharge goals with cost-effective, safe, and environmentally acceptable processes.
