Mt. San Antonio College is seeking qualified contractors to replace 45 window panels in Building 720 Well Center. The windows will need to be accessed from the exterior roof and will require scaffolding or a lift to perform the work safely. The existing system is a glazed aluminum curtain wall system featuring glass by Viracon. The contractor will be responsible for verifying measurements, coordinating with the Project Manager, and providing submittals for approval. The contractor will also be responsible for the efficient removal and proper disposal of the existing window panes. • The contractor must provide a bid security in the form of cash, certified or cashier's check, or bid bond. • The contractor must submit a list of proposed subcontractors. • The contractor must comply with the Community Workforce Agreement and the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practice Act. • The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the Iran Contracting Act. • The contractor must provide a DVBE participation goal statement.
