The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin Region, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the interior and exterior painting of seven vault restroom buildings located along the Middle Provo River, near Heber City, Wasatch County, Utah. The scope of work will require the successful contractor to provide all necessary manpower, tools, supplies, equipment, and expertise. Key tasks include properly cleaning and removing graffiti from both the interior and exterior surfaces of the buildings, patching interior cracks as needed, priming all designated interior and exterior surfaces, and painting all designated interior and exterior surfaces and metal components of the buildings. • The period of performance for this contract shall not exceed four months from the date of award. • The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000 and $25,000. • This will be a firm-fixed price contract. • The applicable NAICS Code is 238320 – Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. • Construction Wage Rate Requirements, as established by the U.S. Department of Labor for Wasatch County, Utah, will apply to this contract.
