The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualification proposals from professional engineering firms to provide Continuing Engineering Services for Santa Rosa County Water and Wastewater. The scope of work includes engineering studies, design, surveys, structural and electrical design, geotechnical and environmental studies, plan development, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documentation. The contract will be awarded to the respondent that submits a responsive bid with a resulting negotiated agreement which is most advantageous and in the best interest of the County. • The respondent must have experience in providing professional utility engineering services. • The respondent must have a brief company profile, including the firm's legal name and type of ownership. • The respondent must provide a letter of interest, company profile, project execution plan, project experience, and project references. • The respondent must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The respondent must have adequate personnel and resources to perform the work. • The respondent must have a quality assurance/quality control program in place.
