The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide an adaptive obstacle course race event and related services for the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic. The event will be held in Orlando, Florida, from May 2, 2026, to May 10, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for designing and constructing a custom adaptive race course, coordinating logistics, and providing event support. The contract will be for a total of one day, May 9, 2026. The contractor must be capable of modifying course elements to accommodate participants with varying physical abilities. • The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and logistical support necessary to design, produce, and execute a professionally managed adaptive obstacle course race event. • The contractor shall coordinate with the government to ensure the course design meets program objectives and participant needs. • The contractor shall demonstrate the capability to modify course elements to accommodate participants with varying physical abilities. • The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of event execution, including participant access and race support, power, portable toilets, a wash area, changing tents, water stations, T-shirts, and medals.
