The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Daedalus Innovations for the Overburden Rock Core Cell. This is because Daedalus Innovations is the only known source that can be used with NETL's existing GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer. The notice of intent is not a request for quote or proposal, but any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the NETL requirement may identify themselves and provide evidence of their capability. • The requirement is for the Overburden Rock Core Cell (DBCH-OXFORD MOUNT KIT) to assure satisfactory operation of the existing NETL owned GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer. • The notice of intent is not a request for quote or proposal. • Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the NETL requirement may identify themselves and provide evidence of their capability.
