The County of Ulster is seeking bids for the replacement of three York Roof Top Mounted HVAC Units (RTUs) at the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center. The work includes the direct replacement and complete installation of the RTUs. A pre-bid site visit is recommended to inspect the equipment and system currently in place and to assess the existing site conditions. The bid must include all necessary data on the items proposed to be furnished, and the bidder must guarantee that the products meet the specifications.
