The Indian Health Service is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) capable of performing solid waste collection and disposal services at the Northern Cheyenne Health Clinic and Housing areas. The contractor will be responsible for providing weekly solid waste collection and disposal services, as well as providing solid waste containers and a roll-off dumpster. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, tribal, and local laws and demonstrate how they meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). • The contractor will provide all labor, vehicles, tools, travel costs, fuel costs, pickup fees, and other miscellaneous supplies and consumables. • The contractor will be responsible for all applicable permits, licenses, and fees. • The contractor must demonstrate how they will receive at least 51% of the earnings from the awarded contract. • The contractor must demonstrate how they will conduct management and daily operations to be controlled by one or more individuals who are Indians.
