The Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking to procure 75 Dell Laptops. The laptops should meet the specifications outlined in the attached document. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will include delivery of the laptops and may include installation services and manufacturer's extended warranty. • The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015. • The contractor must comply with Maryland's Green Purchasing Reporting Requirements. • The contractor must provide quarterly sales data over the life of the contract, including details about recycled content, third-party sustainability certifications, and other environmental attributes of products and services sold. • The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide pricing valid for at least 90 days after the set due date. • The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free and furnish all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the products.
