The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide relocation services for Oracle Health Data Servers and Racks. The contractor will be responsible for providing white glove services to move the equipment to new locations in support of construction activities. The contractor will need to coordinate with the VA Medical Center Facilities Management Service and Office of Information Technology to ensure a smooth transition. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods and an up to 6-month option period. • The contractor will need to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to move the Oracle Health FDSS cabinets, servers, and equipment. • The contractor will need to coordinate with the VA Medical Center FMS and OIT before physically moving the FDSS cabinets, servers, and associated equipment. • The contractor will need to provide an FDSS Equipment Connection Acceptance Memo signed by FMS and OIT Project Managers upon completion of the move and establishment of all required connections. • The contractor will need to provide monthly progress reports and meeting minutes. • The contractor will need to provide a project management plan and updates.
