The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a vendor to provide Autogenous Oil-adjuvanted Lactococcus petauri Vaccine for the Mojave River Fish Hatchery. The vaccine must be produced using a Lactococcus petauri isolate provided by CDFW and have been previously tested for efficacy in California by, or in collaboration with, the CDFW Fish Health Laboratory. The contract will require the vendor to deliver the vaccine by July 1, 2026. • The vaccine must be injectable and have an effective dosage of 0.1 ml/fish. • The vendor must provide a commercially useful function (CUF) certification. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Darfur Contracting Act and the California Seller's Permit requirements. • The vendor must provide a bid bond and a payment bond. • The vendor must comply with the State's recycled content requirements. • The vendor must notify the State if it intends to provide Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) as a deliverable or utilize GenAI to complete all or a portion of any deliverable.
