The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for District 7 along the I-285 corridor in Fulton and Cobb Counties. The selected consultant will provide services for contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for construction projects. The scope of work includes new construction, widening and reconstruction, rehabilitation of asphalt and concrete pavement, bridge replacement, safety, and resurfacing. • The consultant will be responsible for managing multiple projects of similar complexity, size, scope, and function. • The consultant will be required to provide a detailed plan for adjusting resource allocation and managing project closeout. • The consultant will be expected to have experience in delivering effective services for projects of similar complexity, size, scope, and function. • The consultant will be required to have knowledge of GDOT specific processes, manuals, or guidance. • The consultant will be expected to have experience in utilizing GDOT specific processes, manuals, or guidance.
