The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals from Contractors to waterproof selective exterior walls at the Juvenile Facility, Detention Center. The project includes excavation, installation of a French drain system, demolition and removal of existing sealants, and replacement with new sealants. The contractor must provide evidence of applicable licenses and specialty licenses, and comply with the Construction Plans and Project Specifications. The project must be completed within 60 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
