The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Healthcare Operations Contracting Division is seeking a contractor to provide medical waste collection and disposal services at the 355th Medical Group, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, transporting, treating, and disposing of medical waste, including regulated medical waste and incineration waste. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a 5-year period of performance and four option years. The contractor must provide all equipment, tools, parts, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform the medical waste collection and disposal services. • The contractor must have experience in providing medical waste collection and disposal services. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding medical waste disposal. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement, past performance information, and pricing for all contract line-item numbers. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the appropriate NAICS code and completed representations and certifications.
