Description:
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking a contractor to provide elevator and escalator preventative maintenance, general repair, and weekend startup and standby services. The contractor will be required to maintain the units using trained personnel and provide inspections, lubrication, and adjustment of parts. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on August 5, 2025. The contractor must be a registered bidder through PlanetBids to obtain the supporting attachments to this project and to submit their bid. • The services include preventative maintenance, inspections, power testing, and repairs for all District Elevator & Escalator equipment. • The contractor must maintain the units using trained personnel directly employed by their firm. • The maintenance will include inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of parts. • The contractor must provide a technician/mechanic to complete the services of "Startup", "Standby", inspections, power testing, complete preventative maintenance, and repairs. • The services are needed to ensure extended hours of mechanical support and prompt response for the CFTOD Parking Operations equipment.
