Description:
The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified contractor to provide low-cost alternate dispute resolution services throughout the county. The contractor will be responsible for providing conflict resolution services, including mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, as well as advocacy and outreach services. The contractor will also be required to provide training and development services to volunteers and staff. The contract is expected to be awarded for a four-year term, with a total budget of up to $550,000. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed report of services and budget status on a quarterly basis. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing similar services. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of their program and services. • The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of their budget and funding plan. • The contractor must provide proof of financial stability and insurance. • The contractor must provide letters of support from community organizations and judicial and legal system representatives.
