Description:
The Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide a complete demolition of Building 100 (Jones Hall) located at the Mountain View campus. The contractor shall work with the COR to minimize construction impact on VAPAHCS daily operations at the Mountain View campus. The project includes the demolition of the building and the removal of hazardous materials, such as asbestos. The contractor must also ensure that the site is restored to a safe condition after the demolition. • The project is 100% set aside for SDVOSB under the VISN 21 MACC Group 2 only. • The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), will be most advantageous to the government, considering Price Only. • A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM PST. • RFIs are due by Tuesday, October 28th at 8:00 AM PST. • All offers must be received no later than Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST.
