The North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking bids for the Total Routine Maintenance of the President George Bush Turnpike (West) and Mountain Creek Lake Bridge. The contract term is six years and includes routine and preventive maintenance, minor pavement and bridge repairs, traffic operations, incident management, building/facility maintenance, and snow & ice control. The project estimate is between $70,000,000 and $73,000,000. • The contractor will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks. • The contractor will be responsible for minor pavement and bridge repairs. • The contractor will be responsible for traffic operations and incident management. • The contractor will be responsible for building/facility maintenance and snow & ice control. • The contractor must include all required documents with their response. • The contractor must upload their response to NTTA’s Marketplace by the response due date.
