Description:
The County of San Joaquin is seeking a vendor to provide a Microsoft Teams-based, cloud-hosted, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) unified communications and contact center solution. The solution must support centralized administration, inter-site dialing, directory services, advanced PBX features, and other features. The vendor will work with the County Information Systems Division to implement the proposed solution, which must be completed by June 30, 2026.
