The City of Liberty Hill is seeking a qualified individual, firm, or corporation to provide professional services for the inventory and assessment of all city-maintained roadways. The selected respondent will develop a Pavement Assessment and Management Plan, which will include a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score, project maintenance scope, and budget for each roadway studied.
