The City of Norfolk is seeking a qualified contractor to provide soil and groundwater remediation services at various locations around the city. The work will include excavation and disposal of contaminated material, verification of the extents of contaminated material, and replacement of material with suitable import material. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining traffic control, providing temporary utilities, and controlling soil erosion and sediment.
